General Description:

MTG is seeking professionals with shipbuilding experience in the following areas: Scheduling, Configuration Management, Change Management, Program Management/Analysis and VFI Management.   

General Duties:

Provide support to shipyard customers in related area of experience.  Expectations for individuals to add value to programs beyond assigned work through their understanding of the shipbuilding process.   

Minimum Requirements:

• US Citizen with or ability to obtain a US security clearance.

• 5+ Years of related experience in US shipbuilding experience in related field

• BA/BS a plus.

• Ability to articulate complicated program constraints and issues to senior level managers in a concise manner.

• Experience with customer relationship management and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
